2. Warm a pea-sized amount by rubbing between your fingers
3. Apply a thin, even layer to each underarm
4. Massage gently in circular motions until absorbed (about 10 seconds)
5. Allow to dry before dressing
6. Reapply as needed after workouts or on hot days

Storage Tips
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Coconut oil naturally melts above 76°F/24°C. If too soft, refrigerate for firmer texture. If too hard, warm between fingers before applying.

Best Results
Use daily on clean skin. A little goes a long way – start with a small amount and add more if needed. One 30g jar typically lasts 2-3 months with regular use.

Troubleshooting
If you experience irritation, ensure skin is completely healed from shaving and reduce the amount used. Apply thin layers only and allow full absorption before dressing to avoid staining.
