Terms & Conditions

We want you to be totally satisfied with your order. If within 30 days you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund, less shipping costs.

We will process your refund to the original credit card used for payment and send you a confirmation email. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

We can only accept returns for orders placed on www.pachamamaecoskincare.com.

For purchases made with one of our retail partners, exchanges are not accepted as there are testers for each product in stores, where you can try them.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your online order provided we have not already dispatched it. We’ll refund the cost of your order to the credit card you purchased with. Please contact us as soon as possible – we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Order Enquiries

An order confirmation will appear as the final step in your order process. You’ll also

receive an email confirmation with an order number and summary of your purchase.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an additional email confirming shipment. This email will include tracking information (where applicable).

Damaged Items

We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if damage has occurred to the product(s) inside, please contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve any issues.
